CO State Senator Dave Schultheis made runner-up for Worst Person in the World after he repeatedly provided the LONE VOTE against a bill concerning HIV testing for pregnant mothers.  His reasoning…  it’s better for babies to contract HIV/AIDS than for the government to “reward promiscuity” by preventing their infection through early testing.

So reports the AP. Calm down tho, it’s part of a sucesson plan he put in motion six years ago.  Focus is very aware Dobson is key to their brand and they’re working very hard to make sure people still care about Focus after he’s gone.
